Michael’s hard work ethic started at an early age when working for his parents small business. Michael went on to work in the retail sector for a decade and during this time he learned the importance of providing superior service to earn customer satisfaction.  Michael’s ability to foster positive landowner relationships has contributed to his success in the land services business as land agent.  He first started working on numerous pipeline acquisition projects during the Marcellus and Utica shale boom.  Michael then went on to work in-house for the Williams Gas Pipeline Company where he managed numerous FERC regulated projects for the Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company and various Williams non-regulated projects with land budgets in the millions.  As times have shifted, Michael has focused on providing land consultation services to renewable developers.  Michael created Boulder Land Solutions to provide land services in the following areas:
 

• Carbon Capture and Sequestration Projects-  Michael has first hand acquisition experience and the knowledge of CCUS.  At Boulder Land Solutions, we can help coach land agents to explain and educate landowners about sequestration to lead to successful results.

• Wind- Allow us to join your campaign to successfully acquire the leases needed for a wind project.

• Solar and Battery Storage- Solar and battery storage is our specialty.  Let us assist you in your land strategy and outreach campaign to successfully enter into agreements with landowners.
